Koopt u de auto op naam van een bedrijf? De volgende gegevens hebben wij dan nodig om de auto op 0% tarief te kunnen factureren:

• Een kopie van een geldig identiteitsbewijs van de eigenaar van het bedrijf
• Een bedrijfspapier waar de naam van de eigenaar op vermeld staat
• Een bedrijfspapier waar het BTW nummer op vermeld staat
• Telefoonnummer
• E-mailadres

Als u de auto namens een bedrijf koopt hebben wij een volmacht nodig waaruit blijkt dat u gevolmachtigd bent voor de aankoop van een auto.

Als u de auto op 0% tarief koopt kan er enkel betaald worden met een bankoverschrijving van uw bedrijfsrekeningnummer.

Koopt u de auto particulier? De volgende gegevens hebben wij dan van u nodig:

For the export of a vehicle, you’re bound by certain regulations and mandatory export documents. It is wise to enable a specialist. Of course we are happy to help you!

Do you buy the car in the name of a company? We will need the following details to invoice the car at 0% rate:

If you are buying the car on behalf of a company, we need a power of attorney showing that you are authorised to purchase a car.

We also require a deposit if you buy the car at 0% rate. If you send the signed CMR or in-country registration, you will be refunded the deposit.

También exigimos un depósito si compra el coche a tipo 0%. Si envía el CMR firmado o la matriculación en el país, se le devolverá el depósito.

Se acquistate l’auto per conto di un’azienda, abbiamo bisogno di una procura che dimostri che siete autorizzati ad acquistare un’auto.

Yes, we can arrange that. There are two options you can choose from:

• The car will be transported on a trailer, or you will provide your own license plates. In this case, you will receive only the export document along with the Dutch registration certificate. This is included in the price.

• If you plan to drive the car yourself and do not have your own license plates, we can arrange them for an additional €160. You will then receive the export document, the Dutch registration certificate, 14 days of insurance, and temporary export license plates.

The export license plate is white with black numbers and letters. The license plate number is the same as the Dutch registration number.

Yes, we certainly do. For VAT-qualifying cars that are exported outside of Europe, a customs document must be prepared. A customs-stamped document serves as proof for the seller to apply the 0% VAT rate. Therefore, we always require a deposit in such cases. This deposit will be refunded once we have received proof that the car has left the EU.

No, it takes a maximum of 20 minutes. As soon as we have received the payment, we can prepare the documents immediately.

No, unfortunately, we do not provide transportation.

Yes, we can arrange this even if you are not buying a car from us. The cost for the documents without insurance is €60, and with insurance, it is €160.

You can land in either Eindhoven or Amsterdam. From there, you can take the train to Roosendaal or Bergen op Zoom. We will pick you up there with the car. From these locations, it’s about a 20-minute drive. Please let us know in advance what time you’ll be arriving, so we can make sure someone will be there to meet you.

If you purchase the car with the 0% VAT rate through a business, this is not possible. In other cases, you can pay up to €3000 in cash. We do not accept 200 or 500 euro banknotes.

Some cars we offer for export are subject to BPM. You can recognize this if the price is listed as “exclusive of BPM.”

BPM is a tax applied to cars that have been registered in the Netherlands on or after October 16, 2006. Thanks to this regulation, we can offer high-quality used cars at competitive prices. We request a deposit for the registration because, without registration, we cannot recover this amount from the Tax Authority.
This means that for some cars, an additional deposit is required, which the buyer will get back. The buyer will receive this deposit back if the vehicle is registered within 10 weeks in a country within the European Union (including Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein). Once the official registration is sent to us, the deposit paid will be refunded to the buyer’s account.
